The Sony one seems lot better to me. Really the panasonic product could not be viewed as the webpage no longer exists.
Anyways, Sony is always known for its audio quality. So go with the sony

i reckon i can go for £20 at most. i have an ipod touch 2g and the i can hardly hear the bass, i used bass booster on the equaliser but it doesn’t make a difference. i also don’t like like in – earphones i prefer headphones.

If your tv has a rca audio output you can use it. Just connect it to your amplifier input, then your all set.
