What can I do (if anything) to improve the bass in by Sennheiser HD555 headphones? Will buying a headphone amp help? If so, any recommendations?
Some amps help some not. If you have the newer 555s(50ohm) they can be easily powered by most devices. Keep in mind that the 555s are not bass heavy cans and most consumer amps will just make them louder but the bass will remain the same. I’ve gotten the best bass out of them through audio receivers.
