These headphones really are impressive in games. You can hear the direction of gunshots, tanks, helicopters, etc. and it really helps keep you oriented and aware of what’s around you.

Not a professional way to respond to criticism. It seems like you are trying to go in that direction. Also, production values are vital for many reasons. Like it or not, people are going to give you more or less credibility depending on your production values. It can be distracting for some viewer when the video is choppy. You should have just thanked him for his input and went on or better yet, really try and make things better, which it sounds like you have.
