How do I plug my headphones into my TV and Computer ?

I have to go over to TV and take out headphone jack every time I want to plug in to my PC audio and listen to internet radio. Is there an adapter or cord to listen to both audio output sources and switch between both as and when required ??

    try plugging it into your soundcard on the pc, there should be an image that looks like headphones. they usually have a spot to plug it in on the front of the computer, but yours might be on the back.
